Calm visual routines your kid can run on their own.
Onflow turns morning, bedtime, and getting-ready routines into simple pictures a child can follow step by step — built by a parent for his own autistic and ADHD kid.

I didn't set out to make an app. I'm a parent of an autistic and ADHD kid, and every morning was a battle — every step a negotiation. The routine apps I tried made it worse: streaks to break, countdown timers, "you failed" sounds, busy screens my kid couldn't parse.
So I built the opposite. Onflow is calm by default: one picture step at a time, nothing to lose, nothing to break. It's the tool I wished existed.
Pictures first
Each step is a picture, so a child who can't read yet can run the whole routine on their own.
Calm by default
No streaks, no fail states, no pressure. Timers are optional and gentle — off unless you want them.
Independence, safely
A distraction-free kid mode, locked with a parent PIN, keeps your child in their routine — not in your settings.
Made for their senses
Give each child their own theme — calm, bright, or high-contrast. What settles one kid can overwhelm another.
Runs fully offline. Your child's routines stay on your device.
Free for one child. Family plan when you need more.
Onflow is free — with everything — for one child. Onflow Family ($7.99/month or $59.99/year, with a 7-day free trial) adds profiles for every kid, routine reminders, cloud backup, and a parent activity log to see how routines really went.

- Never. Routines stay on your device; backup is a private copy only you can restore.
